Inside Sales Executive
Location: Pune, India (On-site, Night Shift)
Experience: 1-5 years in IT Solutions/Services Sales
Required Skills
- Skilled in lead generation, initiating contact with potential clients, conducting sales outreach, utilizing CRM tools, and managing the sales prospecting lifecycle.
- Knowledge of the software development process and technology services, including Digital, Cloud/SaaS Solutions, Data Engineering, AI/ML/LLMs, Generative AI, Enterprise Integration, ERP/CRM, Agile methodologies, and offshore/onsite IT service delivery.
- Experience with IT solutions/service sales and familiarity with IT C-Level executive networking and engagement.
- Ability to learn independently, with a strong inclination towards being trainable, coachable, and possessing a go-getter attitude focused on customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new business accounts to generate revenue through enterprise clients in the US, Canada, Europe, and Australian markets.
- Expand client accounts by leveraging relationships for additional business and account growth.
- Engage in Business IT Solutions, Custom Software Development Outsourcing, Digital Solutions and Services, Offshore IT Development, and IT Talent/Staffing Solutions.
- Manage IT Services as a business center, accountable for profit and loss, business objectives, and targets.
- Utilize a strong network in the industry for sourcing profiles through unconventional recruitment channels.
- Meet revenue targets and ensure timely delivery by closely working with sales and account management teams.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in US IT Sales and client management.
- Proven experience in market research and lead generation.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and stay motivated.
