Job Description

UI/UX Designer

    Responsibilities:

    • User Research:
      • Conduct user research to understand target audience needs, behaviors, and preferences.
      • Analyze user feedback and data to inform design decisions and improvements
    • Wireframing and Prototyping:
      • Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
      • Iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing to refine the user interface.
    • Visual Design:
      • Develop visually appealing and cohesive designs that align with brand guidelines.
      • Choose appropriate color schemes, typography, and imagery to enhance the overall user experience.
    • Interaction Design:
      • Design and implement interactive elements to improve user engagement and satisfaction.
      • Ensure seamless and intuitive navigation through the product interface.
    • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
      • Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and constraints.
      • Collaborate on design solutions that balance user needs with technical feasibility.
    • Usability Testing:
      • Plan and conduct usability testing to gather feedback on designs from real users.
      • Use testing results to identify areas for improvement and refine the user interface.
    Mandatory Skills:

    • Proven 8+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing modern and innovative designs
    • Specialized UI/UX Design Courses or Certifications
    • Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) Courses
    • Minimum: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, interaction design, visual communication, or a related field.
    • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript can be beneficial
    • Master's Degree in Interaction Design or UX/UI Design, a plus
    • Wireframing and Prototyping: Proficiency in using design tools like Figma (certified level), Mira, or other prototyping tools to create wireframes and interactive prototypes
    • Effective communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
    • Skill in designing interactive elements and transitions that enhance the overall user experience.
    • Visual Design Skills: Strong aesthetic sensibility, including a good understanding of color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy to create visually appealing designs.
